Menhirs Larinae

This painting is inspired by a walk along Scarborough beach. The beach was covered in sea fret and the seagulls reminded me of standing stones dotted along the sand.

The process of reverse glass painting means painting directly on to the back of the glass in reverse. The detail in the middle photo is a rear view of the painting.
