The Sedge series of paintings is inspired by one of my favourite Lakeland walks around Derwentwater in Keswick.

At the Southern edge of Derwentwater near Borrowdale, there is a stunning wetland accessed by a series of wooden bridges. Due to the every changing weather conditions in Keswick, the views and colours of this area are changing constantly but are always inspiring.
